Associate or Associate Partner

This technically minded multidisciplinary has offices throughout the UK, and are currently on the market for a Senior staff member in their Bristol office.

This would either be for someone to come in as an Associate Partner, or to join as an Associate with a clear progression/development track to becoming an Associate Partner (hence broad salary range).

So why would you want to work for this company?

Here is some feedback from current + former staff members:

  • "Range of projects is really good and over the course of your career, you get exposure to lots of different typologies - which can be rare in architecture"
  • "Strong, recession proof pipeline of guaranteed work. No danger of redundancies here! We're actually expanding, winning work left and right"
  • "Flat structure and excellent work culture that's dedicated to supporting staff; especially with upskilling and becoming quickly expert in their areas of interest, including on the job training and R+D"
  • "Work life balance and flexible working arrangements to suit parents"
  • "Commitment to social value - for examples chances to attend or organise charity events, or take 3 paid days off for volunteering"

They work across all sectors, but currently have an immediate need for a senior individual to work on Industrial and Workplace schemes. They're a very technically driven multi-D - schemes tend to be technologically innovative (rather than design driven), so if you're more interested in how things work than how they look, they may be right for you.

They are looking for someone who's currently an Associate, with strong Revit proficiency that doesn't mind occasionally being hands on if needed. Large + complex project experience is essential. You'll be co-managing a team of 20, so leadership experience is also essential.

For the higher salary bracket, they would be looking for someone with good local connections who can fairly quickly start bringing in new business. For the lower end, a strong/competent manager or team leader who can be supported to grow into the BD side of things.

If this is you, we'd love to hear from you. Send us your CV + folio today.
