A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Architect to join an award-winning AJ100 design studio as an Associate.
This opportunity will see the successful applicant working directly alongside a studio partner on a range of UK + EU based projects.
The studio has carved out a reputation for the design and delivery of contemporary urban scale projects, incorporating multiple project sectors with a central focus around sustainable masterplanning + design quality.
The team has been working across a range of well-publicised flagship projects which include sustainable urban villages, award-winning competition schemes, inner-city towers + placemaking projects.
With additional projects flooding in, the studio is now ready to make a strategic growth hire at Associate level.
- A demonstrable portfolio of large scale Residential / Masterplanning projects - UK project experience is essential. Those that can demonstrate additional international exposure within the EU will be at a distinct advantage, although this is by no means essential.
- Revit project experience - important to note that this is a leadership position, and although Revit production experience is highly desired, previous experience leading large scale Revit projects without hands-on production exposure is sufficient.
- A minimum of 7-8 years post RIBA Part III / ARB accreditation experience.
- Leadership skills - the ability to lead a team, manage projects + resources, work directly with high-profile clients, and support in wider areas of the business
