Architectural Designer(s) - Tech Start-Up

Imagine working for a company that has developed its own software to enable its clients (private homeowners) to log in from the comfort of their own home, to engage directly with you (their designated designer), to develop the design of their new extension or loft conversion, in real time!

The client on one end, you their designer on the other, working together on a scheme to produce not only the perfect result for the homeowner but also to offer the ultimate client experience!

Sound too good to be true? It is not… and it gets better!

This tech firm has harnessed cutting edge technology to remove all the labour-intensive, less enjoyable, tasks that designers tend to get bogged down with for them to focus on the important stuff…working directly with clients to design amazing spaces!

Adrem have been retained on an exclusive basis to identify, screen, and introduce top tier talent to this Tech Start-Up that has planted new roots in Central London.

Fun fact: We had to stop several of our architecturally trained consultants from applying for the positions themselves this week, following a meeting with their amazingly talented and inspirational CEO!

Ok…so you want in! We get it! Here is what you need to obtain an interview with this amazing firm…

  • Proven ability to work on UK based private residential projects.
  • RIBA Stage experience: 0-3 or 4-5 (if you have 0-5…well that is just perfect!) on UK based residential projects.
  • Digital design skills, with the ability to design in a 3D environment (essential)
  • A proactive and can-do attitude.
  • A willingness to embrace new ways of working and to contribute to the ongoing pursuit of innovation for all parties.

If you demonstrate the necessary skills and experience, you will be offered your own projects and clients to work with from day one. Your induction will include training with one of the UK's leading and award-winning trainers, who will show you how to use their bespoke system. Not quite up to scratch with BIM? Its fine, they have a tailored training course that offers you the opportunity to learn on the job!

Please note: the business offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home on set days of the week. They are big on company social events and like to get the team in to celebrate the weeks wins!

Please do not delay your application. These roles will be filled quickly.

We welcome short video intro's along with CV's and folios.

RIBA Part 2 applicants in need of a Part 3 case study will have the latter stage projects afforded them along with financial support and paid study leave.
