Essential criteria are:
- Experience working on complex or notable projects at scale
- MicroStation proficiency + practical, live project experience - ideally with Revit though not essential
- Awareness of BIM standards to a good level
- Experience working on multi-D design teams
- Experience providing BIM/tech support across projects
- Architect with good knowledge of UK Bregs
- Presentation skills
