A medium sized studio that packs a big punch in the design and delivery of renowned conservation and heritage projects is seeking a RIBA Part 3 / ARB accredited Architect to lead one of 4 prominent projects.
This 15-strong studio offers increased responsibility on multi-million-pound projects, from luxury / high-end residential properties with construction values exceeding £5M, through a range of workplace retrofit projects and sensitive historic schemes spanning various typologies, The successful applicant will take on a leadership role with support from prominent industry architects.
Current projects include a 19th century museum renovation, a workplace retrofit for one of the most sought-after clients in the market, a mixed-use education scheme + a range of one-off, high-end residential projects, all of which have a heavy heritage bias.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual working in a large practice who is seeking additional project running responsibility, or similarly, an individual working in a smaller practice seeking increased exposure to larger / higher value projects (£5M-£40M+).
The studio has live Revit (BIM Level 2) projects and although existing Revit experience is highly desirable, the team is happy to train an individual with the right experience (project leadership skills coupled with conservation, heritage, and large listed / cultural project experience).
