Do you have experience successfully delivering high-end hospitality or residential projects?
If so, we have a very exciting opportunity for you to join a UK Super Prime Property Developer with its sights set on the overseas market seeking architects to design projects in Africa + the Pacific. It is likely to include some opportunity for international travel.
Essential Criteria for this post:
- ARB or RIBA Accreditation
- Experience designing prime-residential or hospitality projects in regions where the possibility of extreme weather (high temperatures, hurricanes) needs to be factored in
- Experience developing new build projects with high contract values + high quality finishes
- Proven ability to successfully delivery projects from concept through to completion
- Proven ability to work in AutoCAD
- RIBA Stage experience; 0-4 with a strong preference for an all-rounder (0-7 exp)
- Both proven Interiors + Architecture experience (highly desirable)

Remuneration: Salary will depend on relevance of experience and seniority. Our client has provided a salary bracket of £38k-46k p/a.
