We have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a worldwide consultancy for the built environment, who are seeking an organised, team player to join their busy department.

Duties will include but not limited to, document control, diary management, organising training, collating time sheets, organising travel, creating presentations, typing documents, and working across different departments in ad hoc administration.

This would suit an administrator who has worked in an admin support role previously and be able to work effectively for the team and on a one-to-one basis.

All applicants should have a minimum of 3 years admin experience, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous.
