We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrator for our client who are leading maker of high-end bathroom manufactures . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support the team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their operations.
Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars.
Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
