I started in recruitment over 22 years ago and have always been told that my intuition is strong for matching candidates to roles. Providing someone with a fantastic opportunity is the best feeling. I love travelling and snowboarding, although nowadays, I am more likely to be on the football side-lines cheering on my sons or walking my Shih-Tzu, Jackson, whilst listening to a great podcast. I am a bit of a book nerd too!
