Veteran of 10 years at the RIBA, I’ve been working at Adrem as a candidate resourcer for the last year + recently (July 2022) became a consultant. It’s been quite a learning curve joining a completely new industry (recruitment not architecture lol) in your late 30s, but I’ve learned so much and I’m really enjoying it! It’s particularly rewarding to know you’ve helped someone get their ideal job, especially younger people. I’m also looking forward to taking an active part in the employability support work that Adrem does with the London schools of architecture

In my spare time I enjoy learning about psychology + human behaviour, crafting, horror movies and cooking, and it’s been my lifelong dream to conduct an entire conversation in Simpsons quotes (oh no wait, that was to eat the world’s biggest hoagie and I did it at the county fair last year).
