With a genuine passion for helping people to secure their dream job, I inadvertently help businesses thrive through the provision of top tier talent. I am a huge advocate for the use of market data and provide useful insights to all of those that I work with. As an Associate Director, I remain very hands on and firmly believe in leading from the front, adding as much value as possible to everyone I work with and for.

I work with universities all over the UK, providing students with market insights and career advice that I wish I had received whilst approaching graduation. I run workshops and one-to-one sessions with the students, to help them prepare for entry into the industry.
